 It has been widely used for printing labels on mineral water, beverage, and cosmetic bottles, vessels and batteries. It is suitable for PVC shrinkable films.

2) Fineness: white ink ≤25um     Coloured ink ≤20um

3) Packing: white ink 20KG/drum     Coloured ink 18KG/drum

4) Diluent ratio: ink: diluents=1:0.20.5 (by weight)

5) Printing viscosity: Zahn cup 3# 14~25 sec.

6) Diluent percentage: (by weight)

Attention: Diluent percentage can be adjusted according to printing conditions. Pay attention to remaining solvent odor and stickiness when using slow drying solvents.

Note:

1. Because alcohol based solvents may easily absorb wetness during printing and cause ink densing and forme blocking, slow drying diluents for coloured inks, fast drying diluents for  white grounding inks are recommended and try to keep the printing humidity less or equal to 80%.
