GP06- Gravure Printing Ink for BOPP Pearlescent Films and Milk Packaging Bags is mainly used for surface and reverse printing on PE, OPP and BOPP films treated by 38-42 dyn/cm. It is alcohol and ester based and meets environmental requirements. Technical specification: 1. Viscosity: Zahn Cup 3# (at 25 centigrade) White Ink 14-50 seconds Coloured Ink 30-60seconds 2. Fineness: White Ink less than25um Coloured Ink less than 20 um.
3. Addition ratio of thinner: Ink:thinner=1:0.3-1 (by weight)
4. Printing Speed:50-200meters/minute
